Children's Hope Foster Family Agency
Children’s Hope Foster Family Agency provides safe, supportive homes and life-changing resources for children and teens in foster care. Their mission focuses on creating stability, hope, and opportunities for every child to thrive.

NCI partnered with Children’s Hope FFA through our Care Kit Donation Project, which supports local foster youth with essential items and messages of encouragement. Our shared commitment to empowering youth made this collaboration a natural fit — and we were honored when Children’s Hope featured NCI’s work on their official blog.
Placer County District Attorney's Office
The Next Chapter Initiative was proud to partner with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office for our recent Ask an Attorney event. Through this collaboration, students had the unique opportunity to speak directly with a practicing attorney, ask questions about the legal field, and gain firsthand insight into how the justice system works. The DA’s Office played a key role in making this experience possible, helping us bring real legal expertise and community connection into a student-focused setting.

This partnership demonstrated NCI’s commitment to expanding youth access to civic education and professional mentorship. By working alongside the DA’s Office, we were able to create a space where students could explore potential career paths, understand the realities of legal work, and build confidence in engaging with public service.
Our collaboration not only strengthened the impact of the event, but also highlighted the shared dedication both organizations have toward empowering the next generation of leaders. NCI looks forward to continuing partnerships like this that support meaningful learning, community engagement, and long-term youth development.
